Comply with the National Notary Association (NNA) and for DNA comply with the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies (AABB) regulations for recordkeeping.

We use third party to implement data protection and robust security measures to ensure your data is secure, including: Encryption for digital records. Printed copy documents not sent or no longer needed for clients are shredded immediately. Limited access to authorized personnel is only required.  

We do not sell or share your personal information that is disclosed. data except:

• When required by Maryland State Law or court order

• With accredited laboratories for DNA analysis (only upon your consent)

• For audit and compliance purposes

5. Client Rights: Our clients have the right to access their personal records, request corrections or errors in provided information, that we use such as RON or the AABB accredited facilities that we use to collect and send your DNA samples. Request deletion of records once legal obligations are fulfilled
