1 the detail of the notarized document is recorded including the date and time. The type of notarial act being performed, and description of the document, as well as obtaining the document singer's signature, in the notary's fair register/ journal.

 

2 The document signer requesting to have document/s notarized must be present before the Notary.

 

3 Primary identification is required from the signer(s). Acceptable identification, an unexpired driver’s license, state identification card, and or a passport. (Assesses competency and willingness of the document)

 

4 The notary public certifies the base fact of the notarization document. The notarial will then be processed by signing, writing the notary commission expiration date, and placing the seal impression on the document(s)​.​​​

We are knowledgeable in the processing of most documents, and we may need additional instructions from you, our Attorney, lenders, Bankers. Most of these documents are not equal and may require additional instructions to be accurate. All documents are given lots of care, time sensitive and patients when signing. We will print all documents prior to the customer(s) visit, after signing and notarizing your customer’s copy, they will be placed in a professional marked folder and the other sets of documents will be FedEx or UPS, based on the instructions given to us from you, our client.
